I believe it is everyone's human right to access key information about health and wellbeing that might not be necessarily mainstream or well known. My aim is to teach people about their options when it comes to their health and wellbeing, whether that be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, as I believe a holistic approach is the key.
When clients come to me they're usually overwhelmed with the amount of information about health and wellbeing and have no idea where to even begin.
My aim is to break down this information into digestible chunks and teach people some of the most important messages from within holistic practices, referring to the science when applicable, but more importantly ancient wisdom, teachings and theories from people who have lived and embodied this work so that people walk away feeling empowered about their health and wellbeing and have a strategy, as well as the support to start implementing positive changes into their life.
My key areas of focus are; the nervous system, helping people to understand why they are so disconnected from themselves and how this shows up, the connection between the mind and the body, how stress, trauma & emotions affect us and how to integrate and embody holistic tools, techniques, practices and rituals that work with our mind, body and soul to create an authentic connection deeply within.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
